Our goal at FLEX FORMA is to produce durable products. If for some reason we have not succeeded in providing that for you, we would like to make it right. You may return the product within thirty (30) days of receiving it for a full refund minus shipping fees associated with the product you purchased. 

 

 

Return Shipping:

• We offer free return shipping on our products within our thirty (30) day window. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service, and we will provide a prepaid return label.

• Include order number, product name, reason for request, and contact information.
• Attach photos if applicable.
• Specify if requesting refund or replacement.
